At Pragma, I migrated to an engineering team as a dedicated technical writer, handling the team’s player data, game data, and custom service documentation.

For a year and a half I managed Pragma’s Tech Blog. I wrote and developed articles that showcased the development and design of Pragma Engine—a backend game engine for online multiplayer games.

While working on Pragma’s Tech Blog, I created a 9 minute video tutorial on how to set up Pragma’s SaaS product named Pragma Engine. I then converted three of my Tech Blog articles into video tutorials to demonstrate how to use the engine in a simple, visual step-by-step format.
